Yun Boutique Wholesale Policy

Ordering:

The minimum wholesale purchase amount is $3500, wholesale price is 65% of the retail price.

You can choose different designs in your wholesale order. No minimum quantity required. 

Shipping cost is NOT included. Extra shipping cost will be charged if you require retail package with boxes.

You can pick different designs, as long as the after discount purchase amount meet the minimum purchase amount. Only wholesale items are available if you require large amount for a certain design.

You will get our branding package material after we approve your application. And your information will be listed on our website after trial run period.

All products and pricing are subject to change.


Payment:  

We accept credit cards (AMEX, Master, Visa, Discover) and Paypal as payment.

Payment is collected at check out as you place your order.


Selling our Items:

Yun Boutique products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than prices quoted on our website. Yun Boutique products sold in stores must be sold at retail price. Discounts for sale under retail are only allowed if the stock remains post-season. Yun Boutique products cannot be re-sold to other wholesalers for the purpose of selling retail. Yun Boutique products cannot be sold online or in store to wholesale or discount outlets.


Private Label:

All Items purchased from Yun Boutique are under the protection and trademark Yun Boutique, and must display the Yun Boutique name.  Under no circumstances may you sell Yun Boutique products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.


Cancellations:

We do our best to ship items within 3-14 business days for pieces with stock. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once it has begun processing we are no longer able to cancel your order.

 

Order Changes:

Due to processing time and inventory counts, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses:

We only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.


Returns/Exchanges:

ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. Because every piece is handmade by order. But please feel free to ask. We would like to help if we happen to have leftover stock.


Returned Mail:

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid before we will send the package again.


Lost/Damaged by Post Office:

Every wholesale package will be shipped with tracking number and signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (8-10 weeks for international), please contact us and we will provide your any information that could be helpful.


Damaged Items/Order Errors:

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 14 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames stated within our policies.


Damaged Replacements:

Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected. Please note, should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount, we cannot extend any discounts to you.


Coupon Codes:

Coupon codes do not apply to wholesale partners. We cannot accept discount codes or shipping codes for our wholesale accounts.


Violation of any Yun Boutique wholesale policy will result in account termination.

Do you allow exchanges/returns on wholesale orders?

Can I exchange an item in my order before it ships?

Please feel free to ask and we will provide full refund before processing. But due to processing time and inventory counts, we cannot honor change requests to orders after processing. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.


I have multiple locations for my boutique but created just one account online; how do I place orders for all when I need them shipped to different locations?

We only ship to the shipping address provided and cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.


Can I use your pictures to help promote the products on my social media/online?

Absolutely! We just ask that you not alter the pictures in any way and please link them to our social media outlets.
